1. Verify the AOI machine should be power on from main switch & UPS
power supply switch.

2. After power on the PC wait for auto open AOI V510 exe & batch file
as per below screen

5. Board pass or fail result will be send to VVTS PC/Rework PC, where operator need to verify all the defects
images & False calls images with respect to Board.

1.Repair: for true failure. Operator has to select " Repair" option for those
True failure CRDs & Board Need to give at Rework stage as per normal
process flow.

2.OK for False failures (NPF). Operator has to select " OK" Option for
Those CRDs which are not a true failure ( NPF).

3. If all Images are OK & then only Need to pass for next stage

4.Verification Ok boards Need to pass for next stage.

Purpose of the Document

Scope :
This guideline is to establish the basic knowledge of AOI Inspection
process.

Objective :
The objective of the guidelines is to help the Manufacturing operator
to perform first level basic understanding of AOI Inspection process.
In this guidelines, various types of Defects & Snap of Component
which opt. suppose to follow for avoiding non conformities in AOI
process have been outlined.
