encoding of the message, the receiver and the decoding
of the message.

Verbal Communication

Verbal communication refers to the production of spoken


language to send an intentional message to a listener.
The domain of verbal communication can be divided
into several component areas: semantics (vocabulary),
syntax (grammar), and pragmatics (the social uses of
language).

Non-verbal Communication

Nonverbal communication is the transmission


of messages or signals through a nonverbal
platform such as eye contact, facial
expressions, gestures, posture, and body
language.

Written Communication

'Written Communication' means the sending


of messages, orders or instructions in writing
through letters, circulars, manuals, reports,
telegrams, office memos, bulletins, etc.
