Introduction and Objectives
In addressing the issues of lengthy hospital queues,
healthcare accessibility in remote regions, and the
hesitancy of people to seek medical care in hospitals,
alongside the logistical hurdles faced by those in
isolated areas, we've created a telemedicine innovation
to transform medical consultations. Let us introduce P-
MED (Precision Medicine), an innovative technology
integrating advanced sensors to monitor vital signs and
facilitates seamless communication between patients
and healthcare providers. Our project seeks to close the
disparity by empowering patients to receive medical
evaluations from the comfort of their homes.
Methodology
Our methodology involved extensive research
into the needs and challenges faced by individuals in
accessing healthcare, particularly in remote areas. We
then proceeded to design and develop a telemedicine
prototype that could effectively address these
challenges. The integration of sensors such as
temperature and pulse oximeter was carefully planned
to ensure accurate readings and seamless
communication with healthcare professionals.
Software used
The Prototype
P-MED features advanced sensors for measuring temperature and
pulse oximetry, enabling patients to monitor their vital signs from
home. These sensors are seamlessly integrated into the device,
providing real-time data visualization on the user's screen.

Empowering doctors with a sleek and
functional dashboard, P-Med revolutionizes
telemedicine. With a user-friendly interface,
access vital sensor data at a glance,
seamlessly manage appointments with our
integrated calendar, and rest assured with our
emergency button for immediate support.

Arduino GIGA R1 TTGO T-Beam ESP32
MLX90614 infrared SparkFun pulse oximeter and
temperature sensor heart rate sensor.
Conclusion
In conclusion, P-MED represents a significant step forward
in revolutionizing healthcare delivery. By leveraging technology
to enable remote medical consultations, we aim to improve access
to healthcare for individuals living in remote areas and reduce the
burden on healthcare systems. Future iterations of the prototype
will include additional features such as glucose monitoring and
distance detection, further enhancing its diagnostic capabilities.
