Workplace or place of employment is a location where people
perform tasks, jobs and projects for their employer.

PERSONALITIES
1. The Gossip- this type goes without much
explanation, as it is common knowledge that people like
this get their title from talking about other people.
2. The Blamer- this type are those who constantly shift
responsibility away from themselves and onto others
whenever things go wrong in the office.
3. The Flyer – this type is the highly emotional type who
may “fly off the handle” at any time. May also called
drama queen or drama king and very emotionally
reactive people.

PERSONALITIES
4. The Control Freak- this type is often nitpicky and
critical of others who do not do things their way.
5. The Victim-this type found in many offices and is an
obvious one to spot. This is the person who often a
constant complainer and attempts to draw people’s
attention to their problems every day.
6. The Quiet Type- this type is a self-explanatory one
and often easy ton pick out in an office and not
necessarily a difficult personality but can be a confusing
one.

Personality development refers to the development from the
organized pattern of attitudes and behaviors which makes and
individual distinctive.
1. Discover your strengths and weaknesses
2. Learn new skills and improve existing ones
3. Step outside of your comfort zone
4. Learn how to manage your time
5. Keep a positive attitude
6. Read more, get to know new people and grow your network
7. Inculcate positive body language
8. Be a good listener
