Remote Desktop Services (RDS) is a
feature in Windows that enables users to
remotely access a computer over a network.

It allows users to establish a session or run

Introduction: an application on a remote computer using

the Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).

The remote computer can be a Windows

client (virtual or physical) or a Windows
Server that has the Remote Desktop Session
Host role service installed.
Multi-client connection: Multiple users can connect to the
server at the same time and control it remotely.
These users can view the remote desktop and interact with
applications installed on the server.

File and folder sharing: Users can access and control files
and folders on the server remotely.
An easy-to-use interface is provided to access files and
Properties: folders and perform required operations such as copying,
pasting, deleting and modifying.

Printer Sharing: Users can print remotely from the server

using printers connected to it. Printer commands are routed
from the client to the server and are printed on the printer
connected to the server.

Session Management: RCS provides the ability to manage

active sessions on the server.
Moderators can view and control open sessions and close
them if necessary.
1. Remote technical support:
Technicians or administrators can use Remote Control Services to remotely
access and help troubleshoot issues on other computers.

2. Collaboration and sharing:

Authorized users can use RDS to access remote computers and work
together with others on shared tasks, such as editing files collaboratively or
Usage of RDS : using teamwork applications.

3. Management and configuration:
