• We Will Receive two Resumes For data Entries and Stores.
• Contact Sudham agent Replace Packing staffs.
• 4 Members Are Pending For Carton Packing In Chengapalli Location
• House keeping female pending in Hostel and Parking Cleaning. Replacement of
Bharathi .
 GENERALS
• Push up server Was Implemented this week
• Existing and left punches was deleted.
• New employee punches was created.
• Daily attendance Markup with HRMS.
• Labours Side all Paytm acc will Changed to KVB with zero balance salary account.
• CAD team Cabin setup was finished.
• Store celing was measure by vendor he gives the quotation forwarded through Sudhakar sir.
• Work instruction policy only HR through implemented and executed.HR joining slip
pending.

• Daily checking Absentees through warden.
• Hostel housekeeping daily works will be given through warden.
• In canteen food menu was correctly going by our schedule.
• HMS meeting will conducted .hostelers said okay with our new implementation in Food.
• Planning volleyball ground and gym.
• 3 rooms are not having fans.tell the electrician and fit with 2 days.
• Penoils and sticks are need I tell the warden to take old stocks.
• 10.30 completely lock the hostel.no issues are happen after that
• In HMS meeting We tell the hostelers to clean your room individually.
 DISCUSSIONS
• Agent referral commissions will discussed-HR director
• HRMS next step will be discussed -HR director
• Two punching machines was performance slow we need two machines-
HR director.
• We need the structure of recruitment so that I clarify the roles and
