 Layout of keyboard is just like type writer with some


additional keys . They are same keys on keyboard
 (1) functional keys

 (2) numeric keys

 (3)alphanumeric keys

 (4) special keys

 (5) control keys


FUNCTIONAL KEYS
 Functional keys labled as f1 to f12
 It is at the top of the keyboard

 Each function key has unique meaning like

 F1 key is help to open the document

 F2 key is use to save the document

 F5 key is used to refresh the system


ALPHA NUMERIC KEYS
 This keys includes from A to Z and a to z and digits from
0 to 9
NUMERIC KEYS
 It located at the right side of a keyboard
 It contains number keys 0 to 9

 Some extra keys also their like enter key

SPECIAL KEYS
 Special keys are
 #,!,?,/,;,_,- enter,shift

 Cap lock ,num lock ,back space, tab space

 Windows ,alt ect.. Are the special keys


CONTROL KEYS

 It provides cursor and screen control


 It include four arrow keys home,end insert ,delete, alt,

MOUSE
 Mouse is the most popular pointing device
 Generally it has two button left & right

 It help to select the document

 A mouse is the use to control of the cursor

 On the screen but it can not write end
