 These cables are used in wind blade manufacturing
industries or laboratories for blade/mould heating. We
can provide any tailor made cable of different
resistance values and insulation(PTFE / SILICON)
thickness. Also used for cold store door heating.

heating blankets for heating wind blades, moulds, drums,
vessels and even indoor big dia pipelines and pumps.

We manufacture all types of electrical heaters like Immersion

heater for Heating inside tank, inline and outflow heaters for
raising temperature of flowing fluids in pipelines. We can also
provide heaters with PESO/ATEX Zone II terminal boxes. Our
wattage varies from 1kw to 120 KW. Design temp varies
according to material grade i.e SS321, INC 800, SS304,
INCONEL, MAX TEMP 650° C.
Electric heat tracing is a system used to maintain the temperature of pipes
And vessels. Trace heating takes the form of an electrical heating element
run in physical contact along the length of a pipe. The pipe must
then be covered with thermal insulation to retain heat losses from the

Thermohub Ceramic band heaters feature a spiral-wound resistance coil
that runs through ceramic tiles for even heating. These tiles are housed in a
stainless-steel sheet with notched edges that fasten the two ends. Ceramic

The heating coil in this design is wound around a ceramic core
and isolated from the sheath by magnesium oxide powder. This
results in a higher longevity compared to other cartridge heaters,
and the ability to operate at higher temperatures. The
manufacturing technique is exclusive and ensures a reliable and
efficient heating solution.
These are used in packing machines, space heaters etc.
We can offer both 110 V and 230 V from 100 watt to 800 watt..
High watt density roller or disc heaters are used in packaging machines
with different dimension. Standard size used are with OD 110mm and ID
62mm. Wattage 300 watt and 500 watt @ 230 V.
Mica plate heaters and ceramic/refractory heaters are two types of strip
heaters used for high temperature applications. Mica strip heaters have a
nichrome ribbon wound on a mica former and insulated with mica sheet,
while ceramic/refractory plate heaters have a heating coil supported in
fluted refractory insulators and sheathed in MS/SS plated sheets. Finned
strip heaters have a similar construction to mica strip heaters, but with
additional fins for increased surface area and heat transfer. These heaters
are commonly used in industrial and commercial heating applications. Best
suitable for uniform heat transfer to flat surface and Rubber moulding
Machine Hot Plates.
In cold storage the floor and roof remains totally moist due to
difference in inside and roof/floor temperature. This reduces the
life of roof and also floor. To prevent the same floor heaters are
used under the tile or marble which keeps the floor warm and
moist free.
We supply all types of Thermocouples, RTD with Class A / Class I
Accuracy. We can supply sensors of any design and size as per
requirement. We also supply all types of packing machine temp-
erature sensors. We can also provide thermocouples or RTD with
Flameproof / weatherproof head.
