Where can your name be traced
• Mr.O'Neill lastname can be traced all the way back to the Canary Islands and
Spain. These Canary islands are known for being the sunshine centre of Europe, and offer
mild temperatures and a range of outstanding natural attractions. In fact, five of its seven
islands have been declared a Biosphere Reserve, and the archipelago has four national
parks. Spain is famous around the world for Flamenco music and dance, bullfights,
fantastic beaches, and lots of sunshine. But what people sometimes forget is that Spain
has been one of the cultural centers of Europe for thousands of years. Spain has an
extraordinary artistic heritage.
Favorite Hispanic Person
• His favorite Hispanic person is Manu Chao. Manu Chao born José-Manuel Thomas Arthur Chao
on 21 June 1961) is a French-Spanish singer. He sings in French, Spanish, English, Italian,
Arabic, Catalan, Galician, Portuguese, Greek, and occasionally in other languages. He is known
for songs like

Family Tradition
• His family tradition is on Christmas, a lot of pork is eaten to signify freedom from the
Muslim rule. Lechón is a Spanish word referring to a roasted suckling pig. Lechón is a
popular food in the Philippines, Cuba, Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, North
Sulawesi province of Indonesia, other Spanish-speaking nations in Latin America, and
Spain. The dish features a whole roasted pig cooked over charcoal.
Traditional Story
• The traditional story is called JuanBobo.
Juan Bobo (Simple John) sets out to find a job--first with the farmer, then with the grocer.
Despite his mother's instructions, the silly peasant boy gets everything wrong and loses
his coins and food on the way home every day. But his antics, comically illustrated, are
rewarded when he makes an ill rich girl laugh.
