Varient.

 In 1898,after four years he gave name of his drink
Pepsi Cola.
Reason or calling Cola,due to relevent taste with
Coca Cola.
After some years Calmb Bradham and his Pharmacist
Parteners started selling his drink in 25 states.
Bankruptsy Of Pepsi Cola:
 In Year 1922 to 1931 Pepsi Cola was Bankcruptcies,Will
it close down?
• In 1914 due to world war the price of sugar was
increased.
• In 1923 Pepsi Cola was Bankrupted due to high sugar
prices.
• Offer of Pepsi:Pepsi gave offer to Coca Cola to sale its
drink but that offer was rejected.
Sale of Pepsi Company:
Roy Megragal buy the Pepsi company from Calmb
Bradham.
After Buying this company he tried Eight years to
make this company Profitable but he can’t do this.
Second Bankruptsy Of Pepsi Cola:
Biggest Stock Crash in 1929 in America,Roy couldn’t
save his company.
Pepsi Cola was bankrupted again in 1929 due to stock
market crash.
Pepsi Cola send offer again to Coca Cola but this offer
was rejected again.
They thought Pepsi Cola Company was closed
permanently.
 Charles Hood Working:
o Charles Hood has Candy Store and sale Coca Cola on his
store.
o 30 Years in Candy Business.
o He thought that I can sale huge amount of Coca Cola by
taking it’s direct supply from company,So he talked to
company.

Company.
 They changed minor formula of Pepsi ,so after
changing formula Pepsi taste was like Coca Cola.
 The sale of Pepsi was low due to strong grip of Coca
Cola in market.

Price of Coca Cola was 150ml in
5cents,so he give 300ml of Pesi Cola in 5cents.

value offer,the sale of Pepsi Cola increases with rocket
speed.

After that,all CEO worked hard for it’s sale and made
the company strong.
