-Decrease the waiting time in the dump truck

-Find the route critical of the dump truck

-Increase production of ore

-Decrease the production cost of ore

 Analysis of first case.

Currenly the mine produces 1500 tons of ore / day, where capacity of dump truck is 25 tons

It´s only considery 6 dump truck in operation mine

In the first case, 6 dump truck of ore more was achieved take out

6 dump truck

ton 650 tons

ton of ore / day 1500 1650 110%

$/t 1.50 1.36 91%

The production cost is reduces from 1.50 $/t to 1.36 $/t

Analysis of second case

In the second case, 12 dump truck of ore more was achieved take out
12 dump truck of ore

300 tons 800 tons

ton of ore / day 1500 1800 120%

$/t 1.50 1.25 83%

The production cost is reduces from 1.50 $/t to 1.25 $/t

 Recommendations

- It´s recommend cut blackboard in the main heading indicating how many dump truck are waiting
time, if there are two dump truck more in waiting time, the operator must report on the radio, go
to another heading.

- The supervisor must report which are the routs to need maintenance of
roads

-Supervise the scoop because the scoop arrives at 8:20 am, causing waiting time in the dump truck
in the loading pocke 13 y 14.
