How to determine the CPQ status of your quotes

1. Click on Quotes from the home page 3. WORKFLOWS


 Invalid – This quote is not yet complete to allow you to send to the factory
 Waiting purchasing agent approval – This quote needs to be approved by a
purchasing agent within your company
 Send for approval – This quote is complete and you can now send for approval
 Waiting approval – You have already sent this quote to the factory and is
currently waiting Customer Service Approval
 Approved – Customer service has approved the quote and this is now in our
ERP system

2. Click on the 3 lines and add WORKFLOW to your view – there are many other fields you can add into here that
you may wish to view
