Accessing ‘Configure Price Quote’ CPQ tool

After receiving our invitation to attend ‘DFS Configurator change - introduction and initial training session’ via Teams - the following steps should be followed to ensure you
are granted access to the CPQ tool

Step 1.
Complete the online training module via the DFS Learning Management System (LMS) portal
* PLEASE NOTE THIS MODULE IS A PRE REQUISITE TO GAINING ACCESS TO THE CPQ TOOL

All invited participants to the teams training / demo (whether in attendance or not) will receive an email directing you to access the LMS portal to complete the module ‘CPQ
training’
*PLEASE DO LOOK OUT FOR THIS EMAIL – IT WILL ORIGINATE FROM alan.tomlinson@doverfs.com

If you already have an LMS account, log in DFS Training Centre – LMS or follow the link within the email; CPQ module will be assigned to your account
If you do not have an existing account in the LMS portal, the email will request you register; Once registered the module will be aligned with your new account

Login to LMS training portal as illustrated below

Step 2.
The CPQ system will be accessed using DFS Single Sign On (SSO) login credentials
On completion of the CPQ interactive training module (via the LMS portal) you will be notified that either -

1. You're existing SSO account has been updated - now granting you access to the CPQ tool as displayed below
Or
2. A new SSO account has been requested and generated on your behalf

Step 3.
You will now have access the CPQ tool and ready to select your Customer as the first step in placing a Quote or an Order
