The Garments Tiara repeat only one exercise regularly-The fire drill
procedure. The Garments Tiara does not have an orientation program. The
strategic plan does not govern its training goal.
Training means giving new or current employees the skill that they need to
perform their jobs. Therefore, the requirement to follow the basic training
and development process is very much needed for the Garments Tiara.

skill the job require. They may also uncover the training needs by reviewing
performance standards and analyzing the performance.
