• It is placed in Midtown Manhattan.
• The name is West 47th Street.
• It is between fitht and sixth Avenue.
• So it is one of the expencives places in New York.
 History of Diamond District.
• Many Jews came there in the second world war.
• They‘ve worked as Jewelers in Amsterdam before.
• Many of them layed down there and stayed there aswell after the war was
over.
