Renovation of sahm(Duplication) machines

Our project is the renovation of Sahm (Duplication) machine. In this regard, we

conducted research to determine the status of each Station:

Sahm 1(Duplication ):
Objectives :

We aim to reduce the scrap rate as much as possible and operate the machine effectively with
a desirable cycle time :

1.Cycle Time not started yet(actual state) our target :

 Ph1: *****seconds.
 Ph2: *****seconds.

2. Scrap Rate actual state up than 50% :

 ph1: under 4%
 ph2: under 2%.

3.Damage and Product Variation actual state bad pieces up than 60% => target 0%.

Connector Tester Innovation
Due to a customer's reclamation about the ratchet of the Universal
connector in Fakkra Project.
Our team takes the initiative to create a tester as a result of this issue.

Description :

After scanning the counterpart, the tester will test the operation of the
Poka-Yoke guide and determine the group to which the counter belongs,
After passing the test , an etiquette will be printed,
a database will ensure the traceability of every counterpart with its test
result.

Development of preventive testers
Our objectif is to creat and innovate a testor that can test all contrepartie
after using by the production and creat data base which contain all data
about and the statut of the contrepartie.

Development of preventive testers
Description :
The storage of all information related to each part number, such as 3D and
description, reference PDR, technical sheet, and PDR change history, is
possible with a preventive management application and data base.

The counterpart tester will perform the test listed below:

• Kufferath
• Tyco
• TSK
• Shelinger(HSD)

Subsequently, the application will generate a prevention ticket.
