CONCLUSION
1. The insulation material made from bamboo fiber reduces the temperature of the
house scale model, specifically the wall and ceiling by 2℃. The presence of
bamboo fiber as an insulation material improved the thermal performance of the
wall and ceiling. Furthermore, bamboo fiber decomposes in landfills rather than
polluting the environment; this material is a greener and more sustainable option.
2. In terms of cost-effectivity, the experimental bamboo fiber insulation is more
expensive than the commercialized ones. However, when the materials used will be
bought in retail, its cost will be lesser.
