SUGGESTION BOX
A suggestion box is a special box used for getting comments, questions, and
requests.

Traditionally, it is used to collect slips of paper with input from customers and
patrons.

Nowadays, people use paper feedback forms, customer feedback cards, or

survey sheets.

These cards or sheets are found in restaurants, at the end of a transaction, or

an invitation to complete a customer satisfaction survey. They might also be
found in the institution’s website. The institution’s customer care department
might respond to thank the customers for their attention and loyalty.
