Product Presentation
 Introduction
Our Banana Core Chips is a unique kind of chips compared to others,
our chips don't have any preservatives and doesn't need other chemical
to reach its perfect outcome and most likely common condiments in
our kitchen will do, all we need is to provide a great amount of time
and efforts for this product to come-up with a positive result. The
uniqueness of our product comes from its main ingredient which is the
Banana stem/trunk and it is very accessible to some of our members
backyard and also the natural benefits of banana is still intact during
the process because we aim for the healthier version of chips and what
is best for our customers.

 Product Plan
Banana Core Chips, formed in the year 2024, we started to innovative
this product offers just a simple banana but innovative as some features
including its centre core and so on is used, the existing product which is
banana core chips was slowly created. The product shall offer a snack to
the customers by using innovative concepts. These innovative concepts
will give health benefits to the customers especially those who are health
conscious. The business was named "Banana Core Chips, with a tagline
of "Share the Crunch of Happiness".

Procedures
• Get the banana stem then separate the banana core and slice into thinly pieces.
• Get basin and put water and some salt then leave at least 10 minutes and wash the sliced banana core
thoroughly and drain.
• Mix the flour, cornstarch, salt, ground white pepper in mixing bowl and use spatula to scrape or
spread the ingredients. Then put the thinly sliced banana core.
• Use baking tray to separate the chips and rest while waiting to hot the oil.
• Deep fry the chips with flour mixture into high medium heat in the frying pan and wait until golden
brown.
• Then put them in the cooling rack to prevent from sitting in its own oil.
• Put in another tray and put flavor according to your taste bud. Barbeque, cheese, and sour cream.

The Product was built together with the supported unique ideas that work
were contributed by the following members: Noemi Lobino, Revo Albano,
Savela alison Bugante, Daniela Lastimoso. Because of their contributions
the existing product which is banana core chips was slowly created. This
product was made through home preparation in Upper Paredes, Prk
Baldostamon, Koronadal City.

Distributing banana core chips by selling them through
various channels like online platforms, health food stores, or
partnering with pasalubong centers. Additionally, marketing
strategies such as social media promotion, influencer
partnerships, could help generate interest and increase sales.
