SUCCESS
INTRODUCTION
Turnkey systems are the engine of the
MLM Revolution.
For that reason, 21st century MLM firms
do not demand heroic feats of
entrepreneurial creativity from their
IBO’s /distributors.
They demand only that you work the
system faithfully and tirelessly.
This is accomplished by adhering to a
few simple principles that are named the
Seven Pillars of MLM Success.

you decide you no longer cares what
other thinks.

Not to give up:
Be smart on how you spent your time
Take “massive action” in prospecting
Attend & Listen motivational trainings and medias
Always remember, in MLM, Persistence
is 90 % of the game.
It’s impossible to fail in this business unless you
quit.
NWM is like pushing a car. The beginning is always the
most difficult one.
Never switch off mentally.

PILLAR #2-- FIND A MENTOR
MLM is based on the sponsorship principle.
The person who recruited you into the business-
your sponsor-- is in charge of training and
managing you.
If not qualified - go over your sponsor's head
to find someone with the experience and skill to
act as your mentor.
Don’t be shy.
Keep searching until you've found the right
mentor.
Securing an able mentor should be your very
first task in starting your Networking business.

WORK THE SYSTEM

Your networking business is based on turnkey
system that was put in place long before you
joined.
A system – a way of doing business that would
multiply your personal efforts many times
Find a system that yields high return.
Work the system, just as it is presented to
you. Don’t try to reinvent the wheel.
Follow the strategy taught by your particular
mentor.
You must learn to follow before you can lead.
The Rule is: Find a System that works, and work
it till you drop!!

TELL YOUR STORY

Every salesman is a storyteller.
In most cases, salesmen tell nuts-and-bolts
stories about the uses and benefits of the
products or services they sell.
Network marketers tell a different type of tale.
They talk about themselves, their lives, and
their goals, dreams, and aspirations, personal
experience in MLM.
You are trying to persuade him to make the same
career move that you did, by joining your
company as a distributor. Your personal story is
critical in inspiring him to follow you.
PILLAR #4 --- TELL YOUR STORY
Your story doesn't have to be special.
Just tell the truth, in your own words.
As you become more successful, your story will
improve.
Your story is the most powerful recruiting tool
you have.
The key to good story telling is knowing how
much of your story to tell – and which part of
it – in a given situation.

KEEP IT SIMPLE
PILLAR # 5 -- KEEP IT SIMPLE
The key to MLM is duplication.
You persuade people to join your down line
by convincing them that they can duplicate
what you or your sponsor is doing.
The more complex or difficult your business
seems, the less duplicate able it will appear
to your prospects, and the less likely they
will be to try it.
e.g. If you go to a prospect's house ,for
instance, and spend two or three hours
explaining the opportunity in detail.
MLM works best when you keep it simple.
PILLAR # 6
SIFT AND SORT
PILLAR # 6 -- SIFT AND SORT
Disqualification is a powerful prospecting
strategy used by many MLM distributors.
Don't waste time begging people to join your
business.
Reluctant prospects make poor distributors,
even if you succeed is signing them up.
The people you want are the eager beavers,
those who are ready, willing and able to
start work now.
Remember , You can lead a horse to water,
but you can’t make him drink. What you need
is thirstier horses.
PILLAR # 6 -- SIFT AND SORT
A small but consistent percentage of your
prospects will fit this category.
Keep on looking until you find them.

The best prospects are


― those desperately hungry to escape the rat
race.
― People who had good success with the
products.
― Curious about the business and
enthusiastic about the products.

The more training and support you give to


your recruits, the better they will perform
for you.

Leadership in MLM is about making sure that


the people you sponsor have a good experience
in your company and that they make money.

MLM down lines function according to
Pareto’s Law: Twenty percent of the people
do 80 percent of the work.
Those 20 % are the business builders, the
leaders, the heavy hitters – people who are
willing to do what it takes to duplicate your
efforts and find others willing to duplicate
theirs. If your business is to succeed, you
must recruit leaders.
The only glue that will hold together a
network for very long is friendship, loyalty
and relationship.
