employees taking unsafe shortcuts

3. Unsafe acts: Employee negligence, such as not following safety


protocols or using equipment improperly, can result in accidents.

ACCIDENT PREVENTION SOLUTONS
1. Seek Medical Attention: If the injury is serious or even if it seems minor,
it's essential to seek medical attention promptly. Notify your supervisor or
HR department and call for medical assistance if necessary

2. Follow Company Procedures: Many workplaces have specific procedures


for handling accidents. Follow your company's protocols for reporting and
addressing workplace accidents

3. Report the Incident: Report the accident to your supervisor or manager as


soon as possible. They should be informed about the incident and any
relevant details.
