 hair net
 disposable gloves
 mask
 apron
1. Prepare the tools and raw materials needed.

pail
weighing scale
manila paper
 tape and marker
1. Prepare the tools and raw materials
needed.
 clean cloth
 net or chicken wire
 rubber band
 clean stone
1. Prepare the tools and raw materials
needed.
 chopping board
 wooden ladle
 fish, fish waste such as;
gills, scales and intestines
molasses
2. Mix molasses and fish in a plastic pail.

 slice the fish into an inch size


 add also the fish waste
 1:1 ratio
3. Use wooden ladle to mix the materials.

 slowly mix the materials in a pail


4. Put the net on the top of the mixture.
5. Put 5-6 stones on the top of the net.
6. Wipe the mouth of the plastic pail

 use clean cloth to avoid contamination


7. Cover tightly and ferment for 14 days.

 use manila paper to cover the plastic pail.


 seal it with rubber band
 ferment it anaerobically
8. Label the process concoction.

 Using the marker and the tape label it


 Indicate the DOP (Date of Production)
 Indicate the DOH (Date of Harvest)
