What is Cyberponics?
 Just a fantasy name
 Derived from the term “Aeroponics”
 Aeroponics - System of growing plants without the need of soil
 Plant are hanged in air and frequently sprayed with nutrient solution
Project Objectives
 Not only monitoring, but also automating the regulation
 Reducing the human interference
 Make less overheads for the user

Monitoring and Regulation Parts
Temperature Regulation
 Temperature sensor with cooling and heating system.
 Cooling and heating system - using a Peltier
Humidity Regulation
 Humidity sensor and a Humidifier.
 Spraying water into chamber, if humidity goes down
Nutrient Composition Regulation
 PH sensor, pH up and down solution, and a nutrient solution.
 Nutrient/PH solution will be delivered to the reservoir through a
solenoid valve.
Water Level Regulation
 Ultrasonic range finder
 A solenoid valve to supply water to the reservoir.
Mold Growth Detection
 Detected using a color sensor.
Ultrasonic Mist Maker
 Ultrasonic atomizer - The mist producer
 Sprayed at the root
 Mist (Fog) - Can be easily absorbed by plant roots
