PDP should include skill gap analysis, defining
strategies, resources and timelines for improvement
Reading regularly,asking
Active listening,learning new
questions,communicating and
skills,positive mindset
problem solving
The GROW model and PDP contributed to yield higher productivity, improved
communication skills, better work environment (Lejeune et al., 2021.pp. 1086-1112). and
effective career planning through strategic learning and development approaches.

Analytical Skills I will improve this by reading regularly, Newspaper reading, internet, books,
ask questions and communicate with mentor, group of people, analysis 6 months
others and involve myself in problem based student projects, online
solving skills certificate courses, mock practices
(Tripathy,2020.pp.1-19).
Time management I will manage the time work balance Training courses, online time based
by prioritising my daily work schedule assignments and tests, writing a daily 1 month
and avoid procrastination. I will also to-do-list, 80-20 rule.
