Abstract
• Hybrid composites made up of two different natural fibers under the same matrix
material are more popular than a combination of natural and synthetic fibers.
• Due to their biodegradability and the strength of individual fibers causing an
impact on mechanical properties, flame retardancy and moisture absorption.
• The preparation of hybrid composites because of its abundance, low density,
recyclability and great strength.
• For applications in a wide range of industries such as automobile, construction,
shipping, aviation, sports equipment, electronics, hardware and biomedical
sectors.
Introduction
• Natural fiber of teak and tamarind fiber reinforced composite material is strong,
lightweight, disintegration safe and wear safe.

• And also Inorganic fibers like glass fibre have a good mechanical properties and
physical properties.

• The study tells about the natural fiber composites, mechanical properties and
application.

• They are environmentaly friendly, fully biodegradeable, abundantly available,

renewable, cheap and have low density.

Scope
• Much more research can be done using different combinations to increase the
strength and hardness of the materials.
• Due to great need of composite materials in various field in order to cut off cost
and weight, quality of the materials plays major role in replacing existing range
the material, and also it can be tested in the automobile industries.
• Now a days, many composite materials is being used in automobile industries
like this composite material may be used in future.
Advantages
• Cost effective
• Weightless
• Reducing usage of metals
• Pollution control
• Biodegradable
• Durable
• Low maintenance
