- You are allowed to take only one course as part of the program.
e.g. You can not take both Marketing & Project Management at the same
time you have chose one of them only.

- You can choose a professional course which is different from academic

background (Degree) you are studying in a different field or you can
continue with a course that compliments it.
e.g. Your Degree might be in Marketing you can choose Marketing and
Sales which is similar to your field or go with Customer Service which
might different from your field.
Regulations
- Once You select a professional field you can choose from the online
courses among the alternatives provided.
e.g. If you select Marketing Management as your professional course
you have to select 1 online course from 5 or so professional courses
provided under marketing and sales.

- You have to submit your preferred course, your password and usernames
in 5 days after the orientation.

- Create a separate username and password (account) for the training

platforms.

- You will have exactly 1 month to finish your course work.

Regulations
- You have to submit the course certificate provided to you by the platform
to your trainers by end of the month.

- If You did not complete the professional course You will not be allowed to
the next stage of the training (Career Guidance Segment).

- Your choice of professional course determines the career guidance

segment you will be taking.
e.g. If you chose project management as a professional course the career
guidance sessions you will be going through will be project management.

- The objective of the sessions are
 To enable the trainees to get a glimpse of how the professional
world works.
 To show the trainees how to build a career based on the industry
selected
 to equip the trainees with tools on how to plan and build their
careers from ground up.
- Delivered by professionals (Industry Experts) who have amassed
years of skills and experience.

Introduction Session
This is the session introduces candidates with the basic concepts of
- Career and career planning
- Career Goal Setting
- Professional Networking
- Sets the tone for the rest of the sessions.
- The session is provided for every trainee as a whole.

• These are the session where trainees get to interact with their career
guides (experts) in the career of their choice.

The session will focus on the issues such as:

• General Overview of the world of work in the selected industry?
• What skills, attitudes, tools, and knowledge are expected from

• What are the different career alternatives in the selected
professional realm
• What are the current trends in the sector?

• The trainees will attend sessions with industry experts as per the
courses of their choice in specific groups.
e.g. Trainees who chose Marketing & Sales as a professional course
will only attend industry expert session in Marketing & Sales with
in groups of fellow trainees who chose similar field.

• The trainees will do activities, work on assignments and build

networks with the experts.

Closing Session
The sessions aim to :
- To wrap up the career guidance sessions.
- Q & A on their Career journey.
- Serve as a platform for the trainees to reflect on the overall
experience of the DAAP training.
- The session is provided for a every trainee as whole.
- No. of Sessions: 1
Process & Regulations
1. The sessions will take place virtually.

2. You must attend all the sessions of the career guidance. Segment
(Introduction session, expert sessions, closing session).

3. You must go through the activities and assignments given by the

career guides.

4. The schedule and the links of the sessions will be sent to the trainees
via email.
Duration of Career Guidance Sessions
• A total number 6 career guidance session will conducted over the period of
1 month.

• Each session requires 2 hours of virtual attendance

• The start date of career guidance sessions will start will be notified.
