Site Induction for Visitors

Welcome to the Construction Site!

Site Access:
• Visitors must be accompanied by an authorized site supervisor or
designated employee at all times. This ensures that visitors do not
accidentally enter restricted or hazardous areas. These areas are
clearly marked.
 Personal protective equipment Requirements:
• Visitors must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriate
to the site conditions. This typically includes a hard hat, high-visibility
vest, and steel-toed boots.
• Additional PPE may be required depending on the site’s specific
hazards.
Conduct and Behavior:
• Visitors should remain alert and cautious at all times. Construction
sites can be hazardous, with risks from moving vehicles, machinery,
and ongoing construction activities.
• Visitors must follow all the instructions given by site personnel and
comply with all posted signs and warnings.
Emergency Procedures:
• In the event of an emergency, visitors should follow the instructions
of the site personnel and proceed calmly to the designated assembly
point.

If a fire is discovered, visitors should alert site personnel immediately and

evacuate the area following the site's emergency procedures.
First Aid Kits:
• First aid kits are located in easily accessible areas throughout the
construction site. Their locations are marked with clear signage.

First Aid Responders:

• The site has designated first aid responders who are trained to
provide initial medical assistance.
• In case of an injury, visitors should contact the nearest site worker,
who will alert a first aid responder.
