Double-sided tape
holder

Separating, gluing,
recover garbage and cutting parts.

 The mechanism is fixed to the frame.

 When the envelope moves in a reciprocating motion through the mechanism, the rollers will rotate,
causing the double-sided tape to be applied on the envelope.

3 . Folding method:

Flex and
pressing fold

 The mechanism is fixed to the frame.

 When the envelope holder moves forward from the beginning to the end of the mechanism, the
envelope is folded and held in place by the double-sided tape that was applied to the envelope in the
previous mechanism.

III. DESCRIBE THE PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION.

1. DESCRIBE THE METHOD OF GLUING AND CUTTING.

Ledge

Ledge

 The envelope is moved to the roller containing the tape ( Before the envelope can touch the tape, the roller
is raised by a ledge that collides with the roller mechanism to help the roller move upward, at the same
time the tape has not been glued to the envelope).
 When the roller moves through the ledge, the roller glues the tape to the envelope.
 When the envelope runs close to the end. The second ledge of the tray impacts the roller, which makes the
roller move upward and the cutting is done.
 When the envelope moves through, the double-sided tape release and recovered garbage move in the
4
opposite direction relative to the double-sided tape roller.
III. DESCRIBE THE PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION.

2. DESCRIBE THE FOLDING METHOD.

pressing

Flex and fold

 When the envelope moves through the mechanism, the envelope slides along the spiral and is flexed and
folded.
 The product is finished when the envelope passes through a plane pressing the product.
