• Makipag coordinate sa RHU kung sinu willing sumali sa advisory council para sa
health sector
• Media sector we need blogger pra mahilig mag post sa social media..kung cnu

• Bike event makikipag coordinate po aq ky Sir Renyel.. possible po ay sa October
tau magpa event at hndi pwede ngaung september mppsabay po sa pasukan but
this Sept. Ggwa po Kmi letter pra maipa abot n ng mas maaga sa mga possible
sponsor. Gwa din ng letter sa mga bike association DTO pra mka hikayat ng
participants. Ask din po ntin si mayor kung pwede xa mag sponsor.
• Gumawa ng templates for future program pra ma e present din natin ky Mayor.
• Since face to face na ang school pwede pwede po tau mag brigada
eskwela at suggest po ni pastor pwede tau pa event such as; drawing
competition, Poet making contest, singing contest to generate funds.
• This week po mag aassist po tau sa PWD para po sa magka activities
tau... Nag invite po sir Sir Oliver ng Pwd sector.
• Si sir Sergio Reyes po ng Senior citizen sector nag invite din po sa atin
para makapag assist sa mga pensioner..
• Napag usapan din po yung survey n gagawin ng PCR section humihingi
po ng tulong satin survey po sa mga pera sector natin sa advisory

• Next monthly meeting Sept. 17, 2022 Saturday sa LIKOD po ng Brgy.
Dos sa office po ng Pasca. Initiated po ni Sir Reyes ang knilang president
bli ksma po ntin sa advisory council as senior citizen sector.

recommend by sir rommel... Yan po ang napag usapan sa meeting Tnx

•Recruitment of additional MAGPTD members that will

•Health Sector – I’ve talk to Miss Donna of RHU and said asked
their chief regarding this matter through letter
•Media Sector –some PNP personnel suggested a person
unfortunately it was from San Pablo
•
•Planning of Race Event such as Fun Run and Biking for a
Cause wherein proceeds will go the plans and programs
of MAGPTD towards the community; and
•Identification of other possible activities that is beneficial
to community.
 Performance Governance System (PGS)

• Initiation Stage – Formation of TWG & MSGC, Strategy Map,

Governance Scorecard, Vision, Mission, Core Values.

•Compliance Stage– Formalization of MSGC, cascading of vision

and Strategies, aligning budget and human resources.

•Proficiency Stage – Analysis, examination and Evaluation, Creation

of OSM or Office of Strategy Management.

•Institutionalization Stage - Good governance system and process

must be embedded. partnership with stakeholder must be
strengthened. Breakthrough result with tangible impact.
 NATIONAL ADVISORY GROUP FOR POLICE TRANSFORMATION AND
DEVELOPMENT (NAGPTD) TERM OF REFERENCE

OBJECTIVES:

 As external partners, the NAGPTD shall focus on issues of

strategic importance that are considered contributory to the
successful accomplishment of the organization's mission and
attainment of its vision to become a highly capable, effective,
and credible police service working in partnership with a
responsive community towards the attainment of a safer place
to live, work and do business.
 ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES
The NAGPTD shall primarily assume a role that is advisory
and recommendatory in nature. It will not have any administrative or
operational authority nor responsibility for specific operational
decisions over or within the Philippine National Police. This strategic
advisory role is limited to the implementation of the PNP P.A.T.R.O.L.
Plan 2030 and the ongoing programs, projects and activities pertaining
or relating to the reform and development of the PNP and include
activities such as:

• Advise and assist the PNP in identifying key priorities and strategic
issues; and provide guidance on crucial issues of strategic importance
for the attainment of the PNP mission and vision;

• Assist in evaluating and amending ongoing strategies, plans and

programs pertaining to the transformation and development of the
PNP;
2. ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide the much-needed external perspectives and appropriate guidance

on key issues and concerns affecting the PNP, and also act as channel for
networks (individuals and organizations) in identifying solutions to address
current issues;

• Assist in the development and implementation of a communications plan to

help improve public perception and to regain public trust, respect and
confidence;

• Assist in pushing with concerned agencies (ie NAPOLCOM, CSC,

OMBUDSMAN, etc) for needed policy amendment or development and
lobbying (with Senate and Congress) for much needed Legislative Agenda;

• Assist and advise the PNP in the generation and mobilization of additional
enabling resources;

• Assist and advise on other matters as may be requested by the CPNP.
