• The simplified BDRRM Plan template sets

the minimum requirements of a BDRRM
Plan based on the Quality Assessment Tool
but provides opportunities for innovation
based on the context of the barangay,
municipality, province and region. The
community or the barangay can use their
respective local dialect to develop the plan

support the enhancement of the current BDRRM Plans

significant information that resulted from various
community-based and participatory disaster risk reduction
