INTRAdisciplinary Performance Task

There are major social issues in your community (Situation). Based on your understanding of the new challenges to human adaptation and social, political, and cultural changes, you will assess the
pressing needs of the marginalized group of your society and create a program that addresses their issue (Goal). As program development officers of a non-government organization (Role), you will
create a two-day intervention program for a marginalized sector of the society (Audience). This program can include sectors of the poor, politically disadvantaged individuals, and persons of
disabilities, to name a few. As a good member of society, you should have a good knowledge of the pressing needs of their chosen sector, which would require them to conduct a short study using
surveys, interviews, or participant observations that will be synthesized and analyzed using the theoretical lenses and approaches on anthropology, sociology, and political science. After assessing
the condition of the sector, they will create an intervention program that addresses their issue. (Product) Using the following rubric for evaluating the effectiveness of your intervention program,
namely: Planning – there is comprehensive information gathered about the partner community; Project Feasibility – all parts of the project can be implemented; Participation – there is full
participation in all activities; and Implementation – the project is fully organized and implemented as planned ( Standard), it is hoped that the needs of the people in the marginalized sectors in the
society will be addressed and their living conditions will be improved
