INTRODUCTIO
N
Malaysia's education recognizes students who own a disabilities people identity
card as Special Needs Children.

Among the support services are students with students education needs’ (SEN)
equipment that require special equipment such as Braille, augmentation,
infrastructure such as bail ramps, toilet and physical facilities of the school
environment conducive to student with SEN (Rubiyani & Abd Aziz, 2018).

Critical factors are teachers, parents, infrastructure and equipment that are the
main obstacle to the success of the IEP (Rubiyani & Abd Aziz, 2018).

Availability of teaching and learning resources influenced implementation of


inclusive education (Okongo, 2015).
