FY 23- 24 target was 10.06 Cr wherein we have achieved 11.03 cr with 110% Achievement.

FY 23- 24 JDA target was 5.23 CR wherein we have achieved 5.97CR with 114% Achievement.

FY 23 – 24 MKT target was 4.82 CR wherein we have achieved 5.06 CR with 106% Achievement.

CG YTD Growth was 31% (Second Highest In Entire Pune Region)

Remote territory expansion will be our core focus in FY 24- 25 .

Separate targets will be given to all territories as per 30% fiscal growth.

We will Increase our team strength to 100 Executives by 1 st Quarter.

We will follow 80 % ECS approach for this fiscal year

Paid data will be distributed between both MKT & JDA in small buckets.

Separate team for expired data allocation.

100% retention of senior crowd and provide them better opportunities to grow
individually and in organization.

BEST PRACTICES OF CG REGION

Bap Bap hota hai competition is well know competition of CG

Same competition will be designed for all 4 quarters to gain maximum output.

Small tenure competitions generate good boost in team same will be implemented in april month.

Mentorship program is announced in April to develop new leaders.

We will be asking others territories to participate in branch competitions.

Weekly Saturday motivation sessions in all offices such as singing , dancing , role play.

off sales competitions will be designed with some good twist & turns.
