Chola MS has assigned Mr. Firdous Ahmad Reshi as Driver Management Center (DMC) counselors.

Objective
To improve the efficiency of the DMC operation and achieve 100% counseling of drivers in a progressive manner.
To identify the actual available time for counseling for each driver.
To identify the actual available time for checking the vehicle.
Scope
To study the process of Factory operation and transportation.
To study the available time of drivers for counseling and vehicle inspection.

Introduction of HUL Jammu Depot
Hindustan Unilever Limited Jammu Depot Factory has no warehouses at any
locations, and the primary warehouse is at Jammu Depot beside the factory.

Jammu Depot DC-Action Points
Infrastructure to be provided by the HUL to DMC counselor. The DMC facility report in Jammu Depot DC is attached for further
action.
