 Team - Players
The on-court captain must wear identification as
specified by the event organiser (for example an arm
band or patch on their playing uniform).

occur away from the playing enclosure.

Substitutions and Team Changes

Any on-court players leave the court or change

playing positions without delay.

Any substitutes take up their position on court

without delay.

If undue time is taken by either team to complete

substitutions and/or team changes, the infringing team will
be penalised for delaying play [Rule 19.1] and [Rule 19.2].
 Rule 10.4
Substitutions and Team Changes

The number of substitutions and/or team changes
is unlimited during a match provided the players
used are those named for the match.
However, if the number of requests for tactical
changes becomes frivolous the umpires may
refuse the request and/or penalise the infringing
team for delaying play [Rule 19.1] and [Rule
19.2].
Walau bagaimana pun, jika bilangan permintaan
untuk pertukaran taktikal adalah untuk ‘saja-saja’
(frivolous), pengadil berhak untuk tidak melayan
permintaan tersebut, malah pasukan tersebut boleh
dikenakan denda “delaying play”.
 Playing The Ball While in
Possession
Rule 11.6 After having possession and releasing the ball, a
player may not touch the ball again before it touches
another player or it rebounds from the goalpost.

Rule 12.1 Playing The Ball Without
Having Possession
When a player passes the ball there must be
sufficient space on the court for an opposing player
to be able to deflect or intercept the ball as it moves
from the hands of the passer to those of the receiver.

Game Management Actions
Selain daripada sanction “free pass/penalty pass”, pengadil boleh:
• Memberi nasihat proactive (proactive advice)

• “Advance” penalty (up to half a third) / “Escalate sanction” (free pass kepada penalty pass)

• Warning - let the player know if continue to infringe the foul play rules they will be
suspended

• Suspension - sent from the court for 2 minutes of playing time. May return to the court or
may be replaced after that

• Ordering off – Must leave the court. Selepas 4 minit, pemain yang diarah keluar boleh diganti
