sleep a day
• Having enough sleep keeps you
refresh and more energy
• Lack of sleep will make you feel
stress
3. Drink more water

• One should consume at least drink 8 cups


of water a day.
• Sweetened drink can increase the risk of
getting diabetes and obesity.
• Drinking more water will helps to boost
your metabolism, cleanse your body.
4. Eating healthily
• Eat at least three meals a day with healthy
snacks in between
• Balanced diet
• Avoid eating processed food or junk food
which are all high in calories and increases
the risk of getting diseases

vegetables. It is important to make sure that
there is enough protein on your plates as
well.

• Avoiding fats allow you to lose weight.
They are high in calories and do not
contain any vitamins or minerals.
