Latar belakang
Kanker payudara menjadi masalah kesehatan serius di Indonesia
dengan angka kejadian mencapai 42,1 per 100 ribu penduduk dan
tingkat kematian sebesar 17 per 100 ribu penduduk. Pengetahuan
mengenai kanker payudara masih rendah, terutama di kalangan wanita
usia produktif. Risiko terkena kanker ini tetap relevan dan dapat
meningkat seiring dengan perubahan gaya hidup, pola makan, dan
faktor lingkungan. Penyuluhan melalui media video di kalangan remaja
putri di OKU Timur, khususnya di SMA Negeri 1 Buay Madang,
diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan tentang
langkah-langkah preventif untuk mencegah risiko kanker payudara di
tengah peningkatan jumlah penderita kanker, khususnya kanker
payudara, di wilayah tersebut.
Rumusan Masalah
”Bagaimana pengaruh penyuluhan melalui media video terhadap
peningkatan pengetahuan gizi dan sikap remaja putri di SMA Negeri 1
Buay Madang terkait dengan pencegahan kanker payudara?”

Tujuan penelitian
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh penyuluhan melalui
media video terhadap pengetahuan gizi dan sikap remaja putri di SMA
Negeri 1 Buay Madang terkait dengan pencegahan kanker payudara.
Tujuan khususnya mencakup menilai tingkat pengetahuan gizi sebelum
dan sesudah penyuluhan, serta mengamati perubahan sikap terhadap
pencegahan kanker payudara sebelum dan sesudah sesi penyuluhan
menggunakan media video.

menggunakan rumus Lemeshow (1997)

Jumlah sampel minimum yang harus digunakan

jika Tingkat kepercayaan 90% dan nilai Z adalah
1,64, sampling errornya 10% atau 0,01, adalah
68 orang.
Kriteria
Sampel: 1. Berjenis kelamin perempuan
kelas X dan XI SMA Negeri 1

Buay Madang.
