Blockchain (Hyperledger fabric) and Code chain with
hash/Merkle Tree algorithms along with cryptographic
techniques to secure patient’s data on Blockchain. A
block on the other side is a complete entity itself & it
will maintain the record of patient’s medical history or
personal information; a hash will be created for every
single piece of information. Code chain act as
cryptographic boxes, enclosed with programmatic
logic that will be executed once met with certain
defined conditions.
 Key Ingredients of Blockchain
Access would be in between the users in
the network. No central database is
involved. Data can be stored, updated,
accessed and monitored on multiple
systems.
