Issues and Concerns
1. Low coverage covid vaccine booster doses
2. Different opinion on what FP method to be used
by the couple
3. Lost to follow up of immunization status due to
multiple resindency and health issues
Actions Taken
- continously educate target clients to get their
booster doses.
- explain the need of additional vaccination to
increase protection.
- explain the needs to used FP commodities
especially to those who really need it (e.g. teanage
mother, multigravid, with hx of pre-eclampsia and
other childbearing related illness)
- informing vaccination schedule ahead of time to
remind mother/caregiver
- masterlisting of target clients for immunization
- explaining the availability of vaccine in every
barangay health center.
Future Plans
- intensify IEC and the need forbooster dose for
additional protection
- give the vaccination schedule to the barangay for
futher reference
- conduct mother's class with their partners
- providing one on one counselling
- posting of immunization schedule at the barangay
- informing other barangay for any transient clients
