1. Low coverage covid vaccine booster doses - continously educate target clients to get their - intensify IEC and the need forbooster dose for
booster doses. additional protection
- explain the need of additional vaccination to - give the vaccination schedule to the barangay for
increase protection. futher reference

2. Different opinion on what FP method to be used - explain the needs to used FP commodities - conduct mother's class with their partners
by the couple especially to those who really need it (e.g. teanage - providing one on one counselling
mother, multigravid, with hx of pre-eclampsia and
other childbearing related illness)

3. Lost to follow up of immunization status due to - informing vaccination schedule ahead of time to - posting of immunization schedule at the barangay
multiple resindency and health issues remind mother/caregiver - informing other barangay for any transient clients
- masterlisting of target clients for immunization
- explaining the availability of vaccine in every
barangay health center.
