 ITWorx, a local startup specializing in cloud computing and
hosting, has completed plans for a major data center
construction project. To meet government requirements, they

However, they lack an in-house Professional Electronics
Engineer and opted to seek the services of a registered
Electronics Engineer (ECE).

John, a foreign national, comes to the Philippines to work as a project
manager for a telecommunications company. He has a background in
electrical engineering but is not registered as an electronics engineer in the
Philippines nor was he a licensed professional in the equivalent field back in
his home country. In spite of this, the company assigns him tasks related to
the design and implementation of electronic systems, including circuit design
and quality control.
