1.

Copy and paste your

layout template and
your image into the
same Pixlr document.
2. Use the Arrange
tool to resize the image
and place it over the
shape that it is going to
replace.

In this example it is the

yellow shape.
3. Turn off the visibility of the image layer.

4. Click on the poster layout layer. It

should now be highlighted.
5. Use the Wand Select tool to click on the
shape that you are replacing.

It should now have ‘ant lines’

showing the shape that has been
selected.

6. Turn off the visibility of the

poster layout layer.
7. Select the image layer
and turn the visibility on.

8. Go to the top toolbar and

click Select>Invert
Selection. Press the
backspace button on your
keyboard to remove the area
outside of the shape.
9. Use the shortcut keys
Ctrl+D to deselect the area.

10.Turn on the visibility on

the poster layout layer. The
image should now fit into
the shape.

Repeat using your other

images.
