 Aim of the project

Create consciousness in the company about diversity at the workplace and its benefits.
Through this project there are going to be created a strategy to develop a collaborative and
inclusive environment so it can excel all the benefits of diversity within the company.

Each area in the company will be prepare to embrace new team members with no conditions.

 Lessons learned doing this project
• Delegate tasks appropriately and enforce realistic deadlines.

• Identify the level of commitment and skills of the team members

appropriately. So it is more efficient the task delegation and has more
realistic outcome.

• Be more aware of other workloads team members could have and delegate
accordingly.

• Plan meeting dates to assess how the project is going, what stage it is at and
whether corrections need to be made. (Have “daily” meetings)
