Poe Real Estate just received a new interested buyer! They are hoping to
either sell their house or turn it into an Air B&B. Your job is to pay
attention to the details in the story you select to read – years, number of
rooms, amenities, perks, location, adjoining buildings, other places in the
area as comparable, the atmosphere of the house, etc. and write the listing
that would ensure the place sells.

You can decide on the following:

• Will this be an Air B&B or a house for sale?
• Do you want to downplay the “spooky quirks” or highlight them?
