DEFINITION

support in a particular situation. Usually, goodwill letters are used in a financial

request an extension of payment time, or request a review of a decision that has been

between two parties.
AIM
The main purpose of a good will letter is to repair or rebuild a good relationship
between two parties, be it between individuals, companies or between two
companies. Some specific purposes of a goodwill letter include:

EXAMPLE

bureaus.
