Rainy Season

Rainy season, well known as the monsoon season is a wet season

when most of a region’s average annual rainfall occurs.

Rainy season in India:-

Rainy season in India lasts from June to September. The humid
southwest summer monsoon dominates the season in India, which
slowly sweeps across the country beginning in late May or early June
and it begin to recede from North India at the beginning of October.
South India usually receives more rainfall.
 Rainy season : disasters and diseases:-

Rainy season is a season when many natural disasters occur because of

heavy rainfall, ocean currents etc. some common natural disasters during
rainy seasons are Floods, Landslides, Mudflows, Tsunami, Cyclone, Rise in
sea levels, Fast melting snows, Hurricanes.

In rainy season the risk of infections are more as it is the most fertile
breeding season for harmful bacteria and there is a chance of getting flu,
common cold, cough, and sore throat if your immunity is weak.
 Rainy season: A beautiful scenery

Calmness like the summers and cool breeze like the winters in rainy season makes every
season happy. Many says spring is a beautiful season but this is also true that rainy season is
also a beautiful season. lush green nature, water falls, foggy surroundings, green valleys full
of flowers having water droplets as ornaments make rainy season so beautiful.
