used as evidence in filing of a case in
court.

I. INTRODUCTION
History has given us many language
handicaps and obstacles to achieve clarity and
precision. Throughout years, a police officer is
trained to think in archaic words and phrases-
legalese which appear to have legal significance
but is actually too imprecise to help every client
to understand.
