Han* plast manufacturing company was established in 2011 E C. whith capital

of 60 m ETB ,it is located in DIRE DAWA city adimnstration near ETHIO DJIBOUTI
dire dawa train station 453KM from ADDIS ABABA & it is planted by the many
obtained from share of five individual.Han* plast manufacturing produces
cement bags and PP bags .the plast has a production of 40M bags per year .
 HISTORY OF COMPANY
• Han*plast company is an integrated company which process 100% of
polypropylene from tape manufacturing line up to finishing machines
The company had 66 machine such as one tape manufacturing line.

 WORKING PRINCIPLE
# TAPE MANUFACRURING.
• The process of manufacturing PP woven bags involves raw materials starting with PP
pellets or HDPE pellets and other addettives ,extruding the raw materials in to a tape
PP resinisheated with feeler of CaCo3 and pigment ,melted extruded as a flat film.

WEAVING SECTION
• Weaving is the process of formation fabrics by interlacing warp & weft
yarns to produce fabric on any type .
• As the name indicates woven sack fabric are produced by the weaving
process the path of tape in weaving woven sacks on circular loom.

• The fabrics litting machine cuttex is designed to produce rewind of 2
layer of flat fabrics cut out of tubular cloth .
• EDGE cutting and sealing is done by two high performance ultra sonic
 LAMINATING SECTION
• The process of manufacturing Ppwoven sacks involves mixing raw
material starting with PP pellets and other addetives extruding.
• The materials into a tape PP resinisheated with feeler of CaCo3 and
pigment ,melted and extruded As flat film.
• FINISHING
• In textile manufacturing finishing refers to the process of that coverts
the woven cloth useble material and specifically to any process
proformed after dyeing the fabric to improve the
look ,prefomace ,hand of the finishing products.
