approved by NACE and our quality control system is powered by
UBLEAM technology.

•CHEMICAL TREATMENT – Corrosion Protection
We are using the latest technologies in chemical treatment against
dust, greases, chemicals and most importantly corrosion.
Depending on your equipment and the amount of corrosion that
needs to be removed, various methods are available to target the
root cause of your problem.
The products are non toxic and biodegradable for a safe and
environmentally friendly use.
After cleaning, we can preserve your item by packaging it using
our patented VCI Technology. More on this on a later slide.

•CHEMICAL CLEANING - Unclogging

We specialize in the equipment unclogging using both mechanical
and chemical methods. We can unclog various types of Heat
Exchangers, from the smallest PCHE to the classic shell and tubes,
as well as pumps.
We can decontaminate any type of tools, equipment, or metallic
parts in general.

Preservation maintenance management

Upon request from the maintenance team, we developed the Preservation Program at the end of 2018 which aims
to prevent basic corrosion of rotary and static equipment, pipes and metal structures through corrosion inhibitors.

We aim to impact costs by avoiding downtime due to external corrosion, improve conservation and therefore
guarantee an improvement in operational efficiency and an increase in service life.

Tank soil injection solution

Zerust Oil & Gas has developed the innovative Underside Inhibitor
Injection system that allows for the introduction of corrosion
inhibitors while the tank is in service.
A unique blend of Zerion inhibitors is mixed with water and
pumped using a low pressure pump through designated ring wall
ports into the sand bed.
The Zerust solution flows through the sand, making its way across
the entire tank bed. The Soluble Corrosion Inhibitors in the liquid
neutralize on contact contaminants present in the sand bed. The
Vapor Corrosion Inhibitors release from the liquid, rise through
the sand and neutralize contaminants on the metal surface.
ZERUST
Multiple injection points around the tank circumference are used CHEMICAL
to ensure quicker and more uniform dispersion of the inhibitor CLEANING
liquid across the tank bottom surface.
Once the inhibitor injection is complete, the VCI solution will be
held in the sand by capillary action. The ports can be opened
again to allow for normal use.

Warehouse Preservation
We provide patented polyethylene films that are infused with volatile
corrosion inhibitors. We also further strengthen the system with
the ZERUST Vapor Capsules and the ZERUST
Our films not only shield your equipment from the outside environment
ActivPak by placing them inside the VCI film.
(including UV protection), ensuring clean and dust free conditions, but they
also drastically reduce the corrosion cycle by also emitting VCI.
This keeps warehouse management and scrapping cost at their lowest.

For every item or equipment that we will take care of, whereas it is
received at our yard, found in our custody or being operated on-
site, we will setup a tracking system which will digitally centralize
data and access. We will create a unique identification BLEAM
(using UBLEAM augmented reality) which will store all
documentation necessary like certificates of any kind, previous
maintenance records, manufacturer’s manual, required routine
maintenance, picture of the item etc…

Our CMMS integration will alert us and keep the routine checks
scheduled (greasing, electrical checks, packing condition control
etc…).

 CASE STUDY - Offshore Application

An O&G producer used the ZERUST products to protect equipment and corroded parts on two of their FPSOs.
They conducted a study for the ZERUST services done on bolts, valves, set of flanges, structural parts, tanks and pipes:

flanges.

 CASE STUDY - Onshore Application

We trust our chemical product line for equipment cleaning and treatment.

In 2018, a customer opened a compressor and found that the LP rotor corroded as seen on the first picture below.
The decision was to urgently purchase a replacement part and airfreight it into the country.

In the meantime, the service provider cleaned and preserved the actual part using our chemical products. The
corroded LP rotor was restored in a few days and preserved before the spare part arrived. The customer
successfully reinstalled the original part since it was ready to be used. The new spare part ended up just being
stored in the warehouse.
