• It involves collecting and analyzing qualitative and/or quantitative data.
• Case studies include descriptions of the case, its context, background information, key
events and outcomes,
• They provide valuable insights, practical knowledge, and learning opportunities for
• researchers, practitioners, and students.

Data collection on client background and current situation

Identification of client's needs

Recognition of client's strengths and resources
