INTRODUCTION
 We present you the NEXT GENERATION of booking for Hospitals and local
clinics.

 We targeted local hospitals and clinics that do not have their own website to make
online booking .

 By the help of our application, we provide assistance to receptionists as well as the


doctors to make the registration process more efficient.
 Our main priority is to reduce the crowd at the clinic/hospital while simultaneously
increasing the free time available to the patients to do something productive or to
rest.

 We personally have faced the following problems and observed those issues in
various clinics and government hospitals across India.

 Our aims to help both hospitals/clinics and the patients, online payment, time at
which patient should depart for him/her to be on time etc.
PROBLEMS
• Hospitals have a deal with huge crowds which leads
to excessive workload and buffer time between the
doctors and the patient’s appointment.

• Large number of patients often must face insufficient


service at reception because the limited manpower,
which also adds delay in actual treatment.

• Both the above issue escalate the average waiting


period between the appointment and the actual
assessment by 1 to 2 hours.
• Uncontrollable crowd is also a hotspot for spreading contagious
disease, hospitals and clinics are supposed to be a silence zone
premises with proper sanitization

• Still in many hospitals, booking an appointment is still an offline


process where there is a long que

• The consequences of these issues include compromised


healthcare quality, longer wait times for patients, increased
infection risk, and inconvenience in the appointment
scheduling process. Addressing these challenges is crucial
for improving the efficiency and safety of healthcare
services.
AIM AND OBJECTIVE
 To develop a service to eliminate huge crowd at hospitals and clinics.

 Minimizing the buffer between appointment and the actual assessment by a


physician.

 Removing the bottleneck of offline appointments in hospitals and clinics by


providing service of online bookings.
 Helping clinics reduce overcrowding and maintaining a decorum.

 To develop a live appointment counter showing the current patient number and the
status of queue.

 Helping patients by providing information about availability of doctors and


hospitals in a specific area.
PAST WORK DONE
• Most of the apps in the market are medicine delivery applications. But as we
mentioned our biggest motive is to save time and manage unnecessary crowd in the
hospitals.​​
• PharmEasy : It only delivers medicine and provide doctor consultation online only
which mostly people don’t prefer much, But here we are connecting link between
patients and doctors.​

• Apollo 24/7 : Same thing starting from medicine delivery extending
themselves to lab test and providing a set of doctors wherese we aim to
develop a interface where we will be providing every clinic and
hospital details .
This is the issue persistent with every other app available they start with delivering
medicines then expand to lab tests and then give doctors registered with them TATA 1mg do
give a wide range of doctors but still patients have to wait to contact the doctor .
METHODOLOGY
• WHEN A PERSON VISITS THIS WEBSITE, THEY ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN
UP IN ORDER TO SHARE THEIR CONTACT DETAILS, AS WELL AS GRANT
ACCESS TO THEIR LOCATION. AFTER COMPLETING THE SIGN-UP
PROCESS, THEY WILL BE DIRECTED TO THE HOMEPAGE, WHERE THEY
CAN ACCESS THE FOLLOWING FEATURES—
• PROVIDE CONTACT DETAILS OF ALL HOSPITALS OR CLINICS PRESENT
IN THEIR VICINITY, ALONG WITH THEIR RESPECTIVE RATINGS, TO
OFFER PEOPLE AN OVERVIEW OF THE CLINIC OR HOSPITAL THEY PLAN
TO VISIT.

• PROVIDING INFORMATION ABOUT THE NUMBER OF PATIENTS AHEAD


OF US IN THE QUEUE.

• BY PRESSING THE SOS BUTTON—> ALL NEARBY AMBULANCES WILL BE


ALERTED TO RESPOND TO THE PATIENT'S LOCATION AS QUICKLY AS
POSSIBLE

• Reducing Excessive Workload: Hospitals are burdened with a lot of
patients; this leads to excessive workload on medical staff. This can affect
the quality of care and results in long wait times. With the help of our
exclusive A.I. We can reduce the workload that is currently on the limited
staff members.

• Increasing Productivity Using Our software: Due to the overwhelming


number of patients, hospitals often face a shortage of staff at the
reception. This scarcity of manpower can result in delays in the check-in
process and patient treatment. With our app we can reduce this delay by
providing online check-in and registrations.
• Decrease in Waiting Time: Both the excessive workload and limited
manpower contribute to longer waiting times for patients. On average,
patients may experience delays of 1 to 2 hours between their scheduled
appointment and the actual assessment by a healthcare provider. Our app
can solve this problem easily. It will provide That

information of how many patients are there, when eill doctor arrive etc to
the user decreasing the crowd .
• Online Appointment Booking: Many hospitals still rely on an offline
appointment booking system, which involves long queues and patients
having to arrive several hours in advance to avoid unnecessary waiting. This
outdated process adds to the inconvenience for patients and contributes to
overcrowding.

In conclusion, our app will revolutionize the way
people access healthcare services.

It will offer a convenient and accessible way to


connect with healthcare professionals, hospitals
for medical advice, diagnoses, and treatment
recommendations.

It will offer a wide range of features and


functionalities, such as user registration,
appointment scheduling, prescription services,
medical records storage, notifications and
reminders, telehealth services, and a strong focus
on security and privacy.

particularly for individuals in remote areas and those
in need of more immediate medical attention.

• It will help to save valuable time of our clients and


help them to get the most suitable consultation and
treatment at earliest.
